Litsa Georgantopoulos is an experienced litigation attorney at Monteleone & McCrory. Litsa has represented clients in federal and state courts in matters involving construction claims, breach of contract, business litigation, shareholder derivative actions, product liability, real estate, and commercial disputes. Litsa has also managed teams in cases involving complex discovery matters through trial.

Litsa’s litigation experience includes mediations, arbitrations, and bench and jury trials.

Litsa second chaired a six-week jury trial regarding construction and breach of contract claims that reached an eight-figure verdict in favor of her client. She also co-chaired a bench trial to quiet title to a “replicar” of a unique automobile replica of a film character and a bench trial concerning real estate transaction in favor of her clients. Litsa’s experience also includes an arbitration proceeding that successfully recovered a corporpoate shareholders rights in profits.

In addition to her litigation and trial experience, Litsa co-presented a seminar on how public entities, owners, general contractors, and construction managers can minimize litigation risk in construction projects with the Architect of the Capitol to the Construction Management Association of America, National Conference

Litsa is a graduate of U.C.L.A and of Northwestern University School of Law.
